Inseego completes acquisition of Nokia fixed wireless access business
Bitget2026/10/01 07:16- Inseego completed the acquisition of Nokia Oyj’s Fixed Wireless Access business, a deal first disclosed on April 30, 2026.
- Nokia took about 1,900,000 Inseego common shares for an roughly 11% stake, tied to a USD 10 million cash investment.
- Warrants cover up to about 800,000 additional shares at a USD 4.26 exercise price per share.
- Nokia is due to pay Inseego another USD 10 million by Oct. 15, 2026 to support engineering interoperability work.
- About 250 staff will support the business under Inseego, including employees transferring and personnel covered by a transition services agreement.
