03:41 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia (NOK) and ICEYE are collaborating on a partnership to develop broadband low Earth orbit satellite communications systems for governments, the companies said Thursday. The applications would include military operations, border security, and emergency services, the companies said. The jointly developed communications systems would give governments ownership and control of the satellites and ground terminals, with the first products expected to be launched in 2028, the companies said.

Broadcom is leading a $60 billion debt financing initiative to provide funding for AI companies such as Anthropic to purchase chips and build data centers. Of this amount, $42 billion in senior secured bonds will be syndicated by Broadcom with Wall Street banks, while $18 billion in subordinated debt is being led by Blackstone, whose funds have committed $9 billion.
