04:17 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing's (BA) unionized white-collar workers ratified new four-year contracts, the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, or SPEEA, said Thursday. The union said the members of the professional unit approved the contract 67.62%, with 7,895 voting in favor and 3,780 against. Technical unit members approved it 53.48%, with 2,061 votes in favor and 1,793 against, it added. The contract provides an average 32% pay increase over four years, including an immediate 10% raise, and requires Boeing to provide union leaders with semi-annual reports on workforce trends, according to Bloomberg. SPEEA said the union's work will now focus on rebuilding trust with Boeing through joint committees, forums and discussions with employee groups. Boeing did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
