11:11 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- European equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were tracking higher late Tuesday morning, rising 0.74% to 1,902.48 on the S&P Europe Select ADR Index. From continental Europe, the gainers were led by medical device maker EDAP TMS (FOCL) and telecommunications company Nokia (NOK), which rose 5.9% and 4.2% respectively. They were followed by software firm SAP (SAP) and biotech firm Evaxion (EVAX), which were up 2.5% and 0.4% respectively. The decliners from continental Europe were led by accommodations booking site trivago (TRVG) and biopharmaceutical company Cellectis (CLLS), which fell 5% and 2.8% respectively. They were followed by biopharmaceutical company DBV Technologies (DBVT) and pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk (NVO), which were down 3.6% and 1.2% respectively. The gainers from the UK were led by biotech company Trinity Biotech (TRIB) and lender Lloyds Banking Group (LYG), which climbed 3.5% and 2.1% respectively. They were followed by communications company WPP (WPP) and alcoholic beverage company Diageo (DEO), which increased 1.4% and 1.3% respectively. The decliners from the UK and Ireland were led by biopharmaceutical company Bicycle Therapeutics (BCYC) and biotech firm Autolus Therapeutics (AUTL), which decreased 3% and 2.2% respectively. They were followed by biopharmaceutical company Akari Therapeutics (AKTX) and pharmaceutical company Silence Therapeutics (SLN), which lost 0.5% and 0.1% respectively.
