International oil prices rose on October 12. At the close of that day, the November delivery light crude oil futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose $1.89 to settle at $93.74 per barrel, an increase of 2.06%. The December delivery Brent crude oil futures in London rose $1.93 to close at $106.65 per barrel, an increase of 1.84%. The recent increase in international oil prices is related to the generally tight supply structure in the current crude oil market. The future trend of international oil prices will continue to be influenced by multiple factors, including global crude oil demand expectations and policy adjustments of major oil-producing countries.
