Yemen's Houthis vow more attacks on Saudi airports, oil facilities
Yemen's Houthis vowed on Wednesday to continue targeting airports and oil facilities in Saudi Arabia. The threat came a day after an attack reportedly caused extensive damage to the headquarters of oil giant Saudi Aramco, Reuters reported on Wednesday.
The Houthis said the threatened locations were legitimate military targets and said their attacks were retaliation for Saudi airstrikes in Yemen.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) stated that it attacked ships deemed to be violating its restrictions in response to broken commitments by the US.
The IRGC spokesperson, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, said that the US violated its commitments by launching attacks twice during negotiations, then breaking them a third time after signing the Memorandum of Understanding in June.
