- According to sources, IT services company DXC Technology (DXC.N) is in advanced talks to sell its insurance software and services division to private equity firm Eldridge Industries for about $2.4 billion.

The sources said Eldridge is considering integrating this business with its insurance technology platform Zinnia, which provides software and digital infrastructure to life insurance and annuity providers.

The sources indicated that both parties could reach an agreement in the coming weeks, but it is still uncertain whether the deal will be finalized. As the discussions are confidential, the individuals requested anonymity.

DXC Technology, Eldridge, and Zinnia have not yet responded to requests for comment.
