MANTRA Finance has unveiled its first regulated RWA investment product, the Pyse E-Bike Fleet, allowing investors to earn income from UAE-based electric bike lease operations.

Summary
  • Pyse E-Bike Fleet targets up to 16% IRR over a 51-month horizon, with monthly payouts in USDC.
  • Compliant with Dubai VARA regulations and supports the emirate’s D33 sustainability agenda.

MANTRA Finance has announced the launch of its first regulated RWA investment product in partnership with sustainable investment platform Pyse Earth. The Pyse E-Bike Fleet will allow investors to purchase PYSEGREEN1 tokens, providing exposure to lease income from e-bike fleets operated for leading food delivery and e-commerce companies in the UAE .

The investment taps into the fast-growing electric mobility sector, with the global e-bike market projected to hit $61 billion by 2030. Pyse’s fleets have already logged over 3 million kilometers and offset more than 20 million kilograms of CO₂.

The launch follows MANTRA’s November 2024 partnership with Pyse to tokenize over 10,000 electric motorcycles by 2025. This new product marks the first step in bringing that vision to market.

Foreign investors have made net sales of $31 billion in Indian stocks this year, and administrative controls are accelerating hedging demand towards the offshore NDF market, with the effectiveness of interventions continuously diminishing. The most critical risk lies in the fact that the yield spread between Indian and US 10-year government bonds has sharply dropped from 600 basis points in 2013 to just 200 basis points, with the traditional interest rate defense line nearly breached. India faces a dilemma: persisting on the current path will exhaust policy space, while relying on rate hikes to rebuild the yield spread would directly stifle economic growth.
