Cardano Treasury vote passes Developer Experience Program proposal with 67.9% support
ChainCatcher reports, according to AdaStat data, the Cardano Developer Experience Initiative has been officially approved through a treasury vote. This proposal, which relates to treasury withdrawal requests for developer tools and onboarding, received 67.90% approval with about 3.72 billion ADA voting in favor, while approximately 1.76 billion ADA voted against it, accounting for a 32.10% opposition rate.
The proposal is supported by IO Global, and relevant ecosystem development work will officially proceed following its approval. This governance vote comes as Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson publicly shifts focus toward advancing ADA and the privacy blockchain platform Midnight.
