Four.meme and MAME launch Universal Subscription, oversubscribed tokens to be distributed proportionally
Odaily reported that Four.meme, in collaboration with MAME, has launched Universal Subscription, which is open to all projects. During the subscription period, users can participate in the offering. In case of oversubscription, the tokens are allocated according to subscription proportions, and any excess BNB is returned through the original route. Users only pay for the actual tokens they receive.
Projects can customize parameters such as total token supply, sale amount, liquidity configuration, whitelist, and transaction tax. The creation fee is 0.2 BNB (refundable if fundraising is unsuccessful). Four.meme charges a 10% platform fee only on the funds retained by the project, while funds fully injected into liquidity are exempt from this fee.
This move further enriches the token issuance infrastructure on BNB Chain, providing highly popular on-chain projects with a more transparent and orderly fundraising and allocation method.
