Foresight News reports, according to NADA NEWS, Sony Bank will issue US dollar-denominated tokenized securities and open subscriptions on July 29, with the raised funds to be invested in a music copyright portfolio jointly established by the Singapore Government Investment Corporation (GIC) and Sony Music Group, and participated by Sony Bank. This portfolio profits from collecting copyright revenue from music in streaming, broadcasting, film and television, and advertising scenarios. The securities are issued by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, with Sony Bank responsible for sales, and the underlying asset management utilizes the private blockchain infrastructure provided by Securitize Japan.
