Flex, a cross-border commercial bank platform for stablecoins, completes $70 million Series B1 funding round led by Halo Fund
According to Odaily, stablecoin banking platform Flex has announced the completion of a $70 million Series B1 funding round, led by Halo Fund. The new funds will be used to expand its stablecoin-based cross-border commercial banking platform, Flex Global, to help medium-sized enterprises conduct global payments and manage funds through stablecoin infrastructure. Data shows that the annual stablecoin payment volume has reached approximately $39 billion, with inter-enterprise transactions increasing by about 733% year over year. Meanwhile, as of April 2026, Visa’s stablecoin settlement volume has reached an annualized $7 billion, a 50% year-over-year growth.
