EthSystems officially established with support from Bitmine and others to promote institutional-grade Ethereum privacy infrastructure
Odaily reported that Ethereum institutional privacy technology company EthSystems has officially launched and received strategic funding support from ecosystem supporters such as Bitmine, Sharplink Gaming, and Joe Lubin.
EthSystems focuses on developing privacy technology for banks, asset management companies, and other regulated institutions, enabling them to execute large-scale financial transactions on the Ethereum network while protecting sensitive information such as transaction details and client identities. The company was founded by the core team of the Ethereum Foundation Institutional Privacy Task Force (IPTF). Previously, the team had conducted a year-long open-source research and development on the EthSystems official website and established cooperative relationships with multiple central banks, regulatory agencies, major banks, and asset management institutions.
EthSystems stated that although institutions have started exploring stablecoins, tokenized assets, and settlement solutions based on Ethereum, large-scale adoption still faces privacy and compliance challenges. Financial institutions need not only access to blockchain networks, but also a complete infrastructure that meets commercial confidentiality protection, regulatory requirements, and compatibility with existing financial systems. The goal is to create a "selective disclosure" privacy architecture that allows transaction participants to view only the information they are authorized to access, while preserving the core advantages of Ethereum's decentralization, security, and openness and forming a complementary relationship with two other organizations:
Ethlabs: focuses on Ethereum core protocol and infrastructure development;
Ethereum Institutional: responsible for institutional cooperation, education, market research, and ecosystem coordination;
EthSystems: focuses on application-level technology, transforming institutional needs into practical privacy protocols and financial systems.
