Securitize appoints two senior bankers to its board of directors
Odaily reports that Securitize has announced the appointment of Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann and Manolo Sánchez to its board of directors, strengthening its governance structure as a provider of next-generation capital market compliance infrastructure. Rebecca previously held several senior positions at Citi Group for over 11 years, most recently overseeing its international personal banking business. She is now the founder of RMK Group and serves as a director at Fifth Era Acquisition Corporation.
