According to informed sources, Goldman Sachs is marketing three tranches of U.S. dollar bonds with maturities ranging from 6 to 31 years. The initial pricing guidance for the longest-maturity bond is about 135 basis points above U.S. Treasury yields. On Tuesday, Goldman Sachs announced results that far exceeded market expectations, with its equities business hitting a record high for the third consecutive quarter. The revenue generated in just the past three months surpassed the total for all four quarters of this business line in 2019. (Bloomberg)
