Microsoft Security Department Lays Off Hundreds

Hayat Galot, who officially took over Microsoft's security business in February, has led the reallocation of more team resources, focusing on the development of various AI security products. To drive the company's security system and AI transformation, Microsoft's new security chief Hayat Galot has replaced at least eight executives who previously reported to former security head Charlie Bell, while the security department has laid off hundreds of employees.
