Analysis: The number of leveraged ETFs listed in the US has surpassed 700, more than double the amount at the end of 2024
According to Odaily, The Kobeissi Letter posted on X that the number of leveraged ETFs listed in the United States has reached a record high of 700, more than double the number at the end of 2024. Among them, over 400 are single-stock leveraged ETFs.
In addition, in the first half of 2026, leveraged ETFs and inverse ETFs accounted for 31% of all newly issued ETFs in the United States, up from 22% for the entire year of 2025. In June alone, 117 leveraged/inverse ETFs were listed, accounting for nearly half of the new ETFs in the U.S. that month.
