AI and tokenized financial infrastructure platform Alpaca secures $135 million in funding, led by Peak XV
Odaily reports that AI and tokenized financial infrastructure provider Alpaca has announced the completion of a new $135 million funding round, led by Peak XV, with participation from Elefund, Opera Tech Ventures (the venture capital arm of BNP Paribas), and Unbound, among others. To date, its total funding has reached $435 million. The new funds will be used to accelerate its AI-native brokerage infrastructure and API-first prime brokerage business, helping fintech companies, banks, securities firms, wealth management institutions, and crypto financial platforms build investment products in both traditional and on-chain markets, and connect with more global crypto exchanges, asset tokenization platforms, and financial institutions.
