Lyntris is a defense technology company that provides connectivity solutions to military clients, including the U.S. Department of Defense and allied nations. The company’s business covers three areas: sensor architectures (embedded software and signal processing that transforms raw sensor input into usable data), sensor hardware (proprietary RF and antenna systems, radars, and related subsystems), and data/software platforms (integration and visualization of information to support command and control as well as mission execution). Its solutions are applied to maritime situational awareness, air and missile defense, and space intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (ISR) and communications missions. The company was formed in 2026 through the merger of two previously independent entities—Accelint and Vitesse—both assembled through a series of acquisitions orchestrated by Trive Capital.
Headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, the company was founded in 2018 and generated revenue of $451 million in the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. It plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol LYNX. Lyntris secretly filed its listing application on June 9, 2026. Evercore ISI, Citigroup, Guggenheim Securities, BofA Securities, Baird, Raymond James, and William Blair are serving as joint bookrunners for the offering.
