On Tuesday, leading tech stocks continued their decline, with AMD (AMD.US) falling over 8% and Intel (INTC.US) dropping more than 6%.

According to Zhitong Finance APP, on Tuesday, leading tech stocks continued to decline, with AMD.US dropping over 8%, Intel (INTC.US) falling more than 6%, and Qualcomm (QCOM.US) retreating 3.03%. As concerns increase among investors about whether the artificial intelligence (AI) boom can sustain and market sentiment continues to deteriorate, global technology stocks are experiencing further sell-offs. This latest decline reflects mounting worries about excessive stock positions during the AI buildout cycle and rising corporate debt levels. Rating agency Fitch has warned that the AI boom and potential correction risks are now becoming major global credit risks, intensifying concerns about soaring tech valuations and unprecedented spending ahead of uncertain future returns.
