- Ocean Partners will buy about 25,000 wet metric tonnes, delivered CIF to Asia, with payment based on contained gold and silver.
- The deal sets a near-term route to first revenue, with scope for additional shipments under the same commercial framework.
- Ore will be jointly sampled and assayed following crushing and delivery to warehousing to verify grades for prepayment.
- Independent lab testing of initial surface samples verified grade densities above shipment-viability standards requested by Ocean Partners.
