06:09 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) said late Monday that early results from a phase 2b study of subcutaneous Rybrevant Faspro plus Lazcluze showed consistently low rates across key treatment-related events and discontinuation in certain non-small cell lung cancer patients. The trail covers patients with previously untreated advanced non-small cell lung cancer with common epidermal growth factor receptor mutations. At a median follow-up of 8.3 months, the majority of adverse events were grade 1 or 2, with no new safety signals, while only 8% of patients discontinued treatment due to adverse events. The study showed rash in 25% of patients, while administration-related reactions and venous thromboembolism were each reported in 3%. No patients discontinued due to administration-related reactions, while only 1% discontinued due to rash and venous thromboembolism, the company said.
