Legend Biotech Says Five-Year Carvykti Data Show 50% of Patients Remained Progression-Free and Alive

07:41 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Legend Biotech (LEGN) reported Friday that five-year follow-up data from cohort A of the Cartitude-2 study evaluating Carvykti showed 10 of 20 patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma remained alive and progression-free without maintenance therapy. The findings suggest that earlier use of Carvykti may increase the likelihood of achieving durable, treatment-free remission, the company said. The five-year overall survival rate was 69.2%, while median overall survival had not been reached at the time of the analysis, Legend Biotech said.
