According to Zhitong Finance APP, after the US stock market closed on Tuesday, streaming giant Netflix (NFLX.US) released its Q3 2026 financial report, with its share price dropping more than 5% after hours. Driven by growth in subscription users, higher membership prices, and increased advertising revenue, the company’s revenue grew nearly 12% year-over-year for the quarter, with net profit surging 44% year-over-year and operating profit margin further expanding. However, due to slower-than-expected rollout of certain advertising product features, Netflix lowered its full-year advertising revenue forecast and slightly revised down its annual revenue outlook.
